As far as I can tell it doesn't sweeten it any just enhances the flavor I added my concentrate to the secondary

I used all juice no water it was close to 9 lbs...

I used all juice no water it was close to 9 lbs of fruit per gallon.I juiced the fruit in juicing machine and then put in straining bag but it throws a lot of pulp.
