Hard to tell. This is one that does some good aging for a couple of weeks. Give it a couple weeks and try it again. IIRC, someone said it tastes best around the 6 week mark. I haven't brewed this one...

Yeah, it had been setting at 65℉ when I dry hopped, then I dropped the temp to add some gelatin to clear it, and that's when life happened! I'll definitely throw some more hops in it, and bottle it...

I didn't sanitize them. I dumped them straight from the bag into the bucket. If you're worried, I suppose you could soak them in some star san, but I've never had an issue. No need to thaw them first.

From the way I read it, it was the actual flesh of the orange. Be careful about getting the pith (white stuff) into the brew, I've heard it can cause some pretty bitter flavors.
