Nitrogen won't dissolve into your beer. Not at any pressures you'd be using anyway. Neither will argon. Nitrogen is used together with CO2 to push beers further and at higher pressures than with CO2...

Love the concept but I think you could aford to lose the green colour of the hop and just keep the shape. That of its the diference in focus between the gnome image and the hop omage that throws it...

You forgot the effect of friction on the stopper so it is near impossible to just work...
