Typically 5 hours start to finish (AG) I might vary a bit depending on a 60min vs. 90min boil, but 5 hours is usually what I end up with.

I'll be tapping into "Mipa" a Marris Otter IPA that is heavily hopped with Centennial, Magnum, Amarillo and Cascade, coming in at a nice 6.7%

The cherry flavor was slightly more pronounced, but the vanilla and cinnamon should mellow...
