I forget the name of the fittings i got from home...

I forget the name of the fittings i got from home depot but they slid right onto the copper and do not need clamps (you need a special tool to remove them) they were i think 7 bux each but thats far...

Several people on these forums brew beer and would be familliar with cleaning up hops. It was a comparison/refference for people. I didn't say that i used hops in a bochet.

I have my copper chiller bent on both the in and out, in a downward fashion and also extending about 6+ inches from the edge of the brew kettle. Perhaps you too should try doing this. Hope the brew...

Cleaning out hop sludge is harder.
It pretty much all disolves back into the water you add.
I just kept my burner on and stirred as i added water, within 5 minutes all...

Lalvin EC-1118 is actually pretty common in LHBS...

Lalvin EC-1118 is actually pretty common in LHBS but if they don't carry that you could probably use any "champagne yeast" with similar results.
