If you're using the DuPont strain, Wyeast 3724 orWLP565, then then this is normal. Mine usually take about a month. It has a tendency to stall but will pick back up and finish out as an amazing beer....

Yeah, my loquats were looking good but then between the birds, squirrels and all I barely got to taste one. It was the same last season too. One of these years I'll get to give it a shot.
