Typically, it takes two weeks for postal mail to travel from Charlotte NC to Montreal QC. I believe there's still a black log of mail that needs to be processed due to the Canadian Postal strike.

April -May - APAs, IPAs, Hefes, Summer Ales
Jun-Sept - not a lot since it's hot as hell in the south
Oct -Dec - Heavy dark ales

I bought an AHS Peach Wheat mini-mash kit and I'm debating on pitching it onto a Kolsch yeast cake instead of the purposed California V (WPL051) yeast that's called in the recipe. Thoughts? RDWHAHB?...
