How have your thoughts on craft beer evolved?

I was thinking today about my progression in the craft/homebrewing world. Specifically, I was thinking about really hoppy beers and the popularity of hop bombs etc. I really love a great IPA or IIPA....

I've found that my hazy beer gets clear as commercial if I let it chill in the fridge for a good while. Which is difficult of course, since I'm prone to drink what I've worked so hard for.
