Dry hopping

I have dry hopped two of my 5 gallon batches each with 2 ounces of hops how long should I let them sit before bottling? I researched it online and it says anywhere from 3 days to 20 days does anyone...

Using fruit extract before bottling

I just brewed a pumpkin style ale (5 gal batch) and have some asian plum extract I want to add before bottling. Any suggestions on how much to add so its not overbearing?

Thanks for the suggestion! I've never pitched yeast prior to adding though. My batch is 5gallon I guess there is a water/yeast ratio to follow?

Nottingham dry yeast but I soaked an extra pound of cocoa nibs in half a fifth of vodka for a week and added it to that in secondary. Original fg reading before adding those was 1.020.

I hit all rhe right numbers I just wanted to give it a little kick since I'm waiting until end of may to drink it.. I also added 4 oz of cocoa plain in the boil so I don't want any bitterness.

Vodka. I soaked mine for 4 days shaking the container daily to mix well. 1/2 fifth of vodka for 8 oz of nibs is what I did.
