Have you taken a gravity reading to see what is going on? Just because there are no bubbles dosn't mean that it is not fermenting

Why couldn't you just use corn sugar to carb just like beer? I know champaign is high carb but couldn't you just add 6 or 7oz and go on the upside of the scale for beer? I have wondered this.

I have only made mead once so far but that is what it was like until it aged. I would think as long as the bottle is sealed good you should be fine

Pappers I have my tanks filled at a rental place "rents tools trailers and the such" just across the river in ill. Call around the LP company's will fill them also but cost more.
