Got Stout?

I'm looking for a good extract reciepy for a stout. I've dabled mostly with allgrain but cant crank it out fast enough to fill my new bourbon barrel :-)

I modified a 15.5 gallon sankey into a fermentor. Not cronical, but a good fermentor none the less. works well with 10-12 gallon batches. I havent yet, but I could lager with it in a chest...

The thought came to me when I took the cheap vodka out of the freezer. The only part that didnít freeze was the alcohol. I poured off the liquid and mixed up one head banger of a Bloody Mary.

But I did have the latest gas bill sitting on the table. I ripped apart the envelope until I had a sheet larger than the corny lid...
