Desert Hackberry

Anyone try Desert Hackberries in their beer or know of anyone who has? They grow out here in AZ and have a sweet, almost strawberry like, flavor. Always looking to try something new

Carb it using "set and forget". Temp it right around 38/40 or so (have an old school dial type temp controller so it's hard to say for sure)

Keg help

Just started kegging my beer. I have two kegs in a chest freezer, converting to keezer soon. Kegs are at 10 psi and have picnic taps on 8' 1/4" id tubes. All I'm getting is foam? Any suggestions?...

My understanding is that it depends on the freezer. Some are deep enough to fit kegs and some aren't. Most collars are for the taps though.

I was able to get those out since they sank to the bottom pretty quick. I siphoned to another sanitized bucket using a filter. Lost about a gallon of beer though
