What you said makes sense, I did a second AT and it seemed to work better.
I brewed again with it and this time it seemed to hover around 1 degree over the set point so I am happy.

Depends on how fancy you want it to be. I just swap the hose from burner to burner. I never need to run them both unless I'm doing back to back brewing, in which case i'd have an extra tank handy...

I am a member, I've only been to a few functions, mostly brew days in the nicer months of the year. They don't seem to do anything south of 635. I think an Oak Cliff brew club could be formed.
