I found a small bakery that gets some kind of mix in buckets that are about 4 gallons in size and they sell them for 2 bucks a piece with lids. They smell very faintly of vanilla.

This appears to be the same thing as a psr25 where there is control voltage built in. Looks like a nice alternative to the psr25. Plus it comes with a pot which took me a couple of tries to get right...

Yeah, I now that I think about it, except for the fact that I want one I would recommend keeping them. If this wasn't my off season for brewing I would probably have bought a new one by now.

I made a jacket for mine without actually attaching it to the keggle. I only taped on the outside of the material and it stays in place pretty good. I notice the stuff expands more than the keggle....
