Smile Cavitation issues

Because the pump outlet is 1/2" and the valve is 1" the 90 degree bend is probably the lesser restriction. The same is also likely for the inlet as that is 3/4" but I'll watch the pump operation when...

Power panel wiring

Installed the connector from the spa panel to the power distrubition box. Began the wiring of the terminal block to the breakers and fuse holders.

Sorry about the delay

Saved up the "pennies" over the winter and just got some new goodies to continue the build. Will be mocking up the pumps and installing the pump supports. Still have some welding on the BK

expandable panel

If your future plans are to increase to 1-1/2 bbl. then consider building at least a 60A capacity panel. I am using two panel boxes so everything isn't crammed in and it allows for easier expansion....

Fitting sizes

The MT is draining into a grant rather than pumping directly from the tank so as not to suck the grainbed to the false bottom. Drain fitting size, I think should be matched somewhat to the pump inlet...

It was suggested to me by an electrician friend to use pvc conduit and boxes for the wiring through-out the brewstand for the kettle elements. The cost was real reasonable and the benefits of water...

Hubbell receptacle

That receptacle is for 60A 3 phase so I'm not sure that the individual terminals will support the loads you will have when used for single phase.
Also if you wanted to use one pole for both grounds...
