The computer fan is connected to an old cell charger & plugged into a wall outlet.

Agree with all of the above. I have a 120mm computer fan mounted in the door. In addition to keeping even temps throughout, it also helps prevent frost buildup when lagering.

I built an controller with an outlet in the back for the fridge and reptile cable. Works great, I can lager near freezing & ramp to whatever I need on the top end. I went with the 50 watt version.

I do BIAB with a keggle. The bag will most likely come in contact with the edge (does for me anyway). I used a Dremel then hand sanded the edge smooth.

Why? Because YOU say so? Do you work for a production brewery or White Labs/Wyeast? There are strains that will throw strange flavors if fermented too cold also...

I'd combine the FWH & 2 60 min additions into 1 hop, 1 60 min addition to achieve the desired bitterness. I might up the .5 oz. Simcoe to 1 oz. each. Looks good though.

My suggestion would be to up the rye amount if you want that flavor to come through. My rye pale recipe is 31.5% rye malt.

The rye/citra combo really works well IMHO.
