Thanks for the tip! I wanted to find a solution that would eliminate the sharp edge, as well as add a bit of length around the rim. That way I wouldn't need to weld washers for the keg lids to stay...

Does it matter what grade of Stainless Steel is used on couplings/3 piece ball valves? I see that SS304 is generally cheaper than the 316's.
