co2 in beer line towards end of keg?!?!

Really though, did you make sure to gently stir in your priming sugar? Unless your priming sugar is mixed into the batch well you'll have inconsistency in carbonation...

Yeah just boil some water in it. Once it has the oxide layer only clean it with a soft rag or sponge, no harsh scrubbers like brushes or anything of that sort. I don't use soap on my brewpot at all...
