first off tasting wort

here we go. i'm working on a rye ale 5 gal. all went well with boil, etc cooled to around 75-80 (florida), aerated, and pitched a wyeast northern ale smack pack (no yeast starter - i know- i know !)....

bottled a week ago. beer is clearing nicely will sit on 35-40 in bottle to finish up...wyeast 2124 starter, 6 lbs pilsner, 2lbs six row,1 lb each carapils cara malt and flaked rice (for clarity)....

ok- first lager -boil and primary went well. racked into secondary at 50F. sitting on it now 2 weeks total into fermentation....the questions are- am i ready to bottle? do i carbonate at room temp...

i know this is a stupid question, but can you pull beer out of the fridge, warm it, and re-carbonate it in the bottle, or is all lost?
