Well I don't know what happened on this batch,...

Well I don't know what happened on this batch, came out very clear and almost nothing on the nose, just a hint of malt. No peach from the yeast and no hop aroma despite 4 oz in the last 10 minutes...

If you pitched onto an entire yeast cake, mashed low (148-145) and had mostly base malt in the grist then yes I would say its possible.

Just checked out the fermentis web site. It states fermenting above 73 will give banana esters and below 71 will give clove. So if you like banana your good to go at 72 ambient.

I have no experience with WB-06, but if fermenting with an ambient temp of 72 I think a Belgian yeast would be best, or us-05/wlp001/1056.

If you don't already... Get a cooler or plastic...

If you used enough yeast and fermented at proper temperature you should be ready to keg/bottle. You only really need extra time for off flavors to settle if something in your process needs...

White wheat (summer) is sweeter and has more gravity points than red (winter) wheat. Both will work, but if not malted you will need todo a cereal mash.

Nugget is great for bittering, also very nice flavor and aroma. I use nugget in alot of recipes. Never used FF but should make a good ipa.

Ringwood is a fussy yeast, try swirling your fermenter a few times near the end before cold crash.

On a personal note, I greatly dislike that yeast, I love 007, and also like 002 for British ales.
