I don't attach the probe to anything, since I have two vessels, I just set the temp to the cooler end of the spectrum. I am not sure what the best action to take in this situation would normally be....

Pretty sure I only took a measurement of the good batch and not the one that didn't turn out as well and it's already carbed so I don't think I can get an accurate reading now unfortunately.

So, I've taken apart my compact fridge and am ready to connect to my fermentation chamber. I noticed the copper running on the sides was almost in the foam and then just had the metal sides attached....

Check out the bottom of this page. You can sweat together some of the fittings, just not all of them, so it's still easy to clean.
