need help with plate chiller

Hi. I am building a brewing rig and i need help determining the proper size for my plate chiller. batches will be 2-3 barrels. Any advice is appreciated.

According to the recipe's instructions the raisins, and orange, to a lesser extent, would serve as proper nutrient. Im going to follow BrewMedic's suggestions.
