Yes thanks everyone! I will definitely go the boil route. I don't have that many cukes for this batch, so the process won't be too labor intensive.

My worst, and couldn't finish beer, was Leinenkugel Berry Weiss. It tasted like Fruity Pebbles soaked in the mash. WAY too sweet and a fake berry flavor.
