I've decided to experiment a little because my wife is on me to make a fruit beer.

I split a 5 gallon batch of wheat beer into 2 2.5 gallon samples.

OG was only 1.06, yeast was Brewferm packaged yeast. I may not have aerated enough as it was the first time using a carboy. I think the plastic bucket approach is easier :)

I bottled a Belgian Tripel yesterday at 1.028 that had been stuck for a week, thinking it was done. This FG was obtained AFTER 3 ounces of priming sugar was added....
