Late extract and hops question.

So if I choose to do a late extract addition, say with 30 minutes left in the boil, but the bittering hops obviously need to be added before, all I have boiling is hops and water? Thats ok, right?

Bottled beer = no CO2 yet :(

I just opened up a bottle of my apricot ale after 8 days in primary and about 10 days in secondary. SG was a little bit above 1.06 and it dropped down to 1.012 or so and stayed there for a few days...

Sam Calagione's book is the one I use a lot. I'm just going to stick with 6.6 lbs. LME=6 lbs. DME. Rather have a little too much than not enough.
