I have 2nd-year Cascade, Centennial, and Columbus...

I have 2nd-year Cascade, Centennial, and Columbus reaching the 10 foot mark on the trellis now. At this rate they'll be to the top (20 feet) by the end of June. :rocking:

The 60 minutes is for the starch to sugar conversion ...my suspicion is that everything is extracted from the grain in considerably less than 60 minutes . Hope that helps

At any rate, it sounds like you pitched a healthy dose of yeast ...the 1L starter shoulda been fine. What's the temp been like ?
