bottling question.

Hi I made a st peters golden ale kit and it stopped fermenting after 6 days so I took a reading and bottled two Bottles and added sugar...I then left the fermenter for another 10 days to apparently...

Thick head...

My nelsons revenge is 17 days into a keg and i've had about 7 pints and when i had 2 pints the last time(xmas night)it gave me a thick head like i've had 10 pints is this just normal for homebrew?

Storing beer.

Once bottled can i store my beer in a fridge or shed as i'm getting limited on space...i've got a feeling the beer will condition better at room temp,putting it in the fridge will slow this down yes??

Hi,no i fermented for 8 days as from day 5 it didn't change from 1.014..on the box it says 4 to 6 days fermenting,,,should i disregard this and ferment much longer,if so will do on the next brew..
