In the process of boiling a Belgian Quad that will finish around 1.103. Got busy with SWMBO and forgot to check the mash temp until close to 45 minutes. Turned out to be ~145F.

The locks are to keep anyone from popping the top and messing with the carb level/oxygen in the beer while still in the store. I think they're put on by whoever the brewer is, and not by the store.
