I brewed a IPA 1.077 last sunday. I pitched a 2 liter starter on monday morning. I took a sample tonight(7 days later) it was 1.021. I mashed 150-152 for 60 minutes. That is about 72% attenuation.

I meant one t!! Not .1. There are three t's in a T, so it's a starting point, maybe two t's. I've never brewed with cloves but cook with them. They are potent.

Ive used this yeast twice both in the low 60's both came out with a clean profile. My beers were in the 1.050's though...
