I add sugar to the bottles since i don't carb the entire batch. I just stuck a funnel in my champagne bottles and dumped about 1/2 a tablespoon of dextrose in (very scientific).

I started mine on 10/15 and still have tiny bubbles rising and collecting at the surface. There has been no clearing, just a color change. I haven't tasted it or took a SG reading.

Tap handle layout, dimensional help needed.

I need a little help. I want to have several tap handles in a row w/ a shelf above.
I need to know:

"A" centerline of hole for spout above the top of the drip tray

"B" bottom of shelf above...

The instructions call for adding the yeast to a starter. The starter they describe is made of dried malt extract and water.
