I am mashing just over 4 pounds of grain. Will my 10 gallon mash tun be too big for this? It is the big round yellow water cooler with false bottom.

Lighter tasting as opposed to overly matly, not as in bud light coors light, etc. Also as in not heavy mouth feel or in the belly. The pilsen should keep it really light.

They do bottle condition some beers, I am unsure if that is one of them. That said it is correct that their yeast is available through wyeast as stated above.

Almost seems more like a sweet english mild than a stout. Take out the lactose and the oars, and thats pretty much what you have, a mild.
