My experience is that it does not kill the wild yeast. However, I have had muscadines frozen that took much longer to start fermenting. And one batch that I added yeast to just to get it going...

Mine was the same. I went ahead and bottled and it was fine. Needs longer to age for the flavor to be right but if you followed the exact recipe you should be fine. It's done.
