Maybe but I don't think that was my case. I have a heat sink attached, thermal grease and fan blowing air right at the heat sink. I personally think it was the $5 ssr.

Take a look at kijiji or craigs list and you can usually find them...

After I siphon the beer out its actually only a few lbs. Rinse with the bottle washer, soak over night with oxyclean and a quick scrub with the carboy brush.

Mine does that when the rollers need cleaning. Take a wire brush to them and see if that helps.

The rollers my have had oil or moisture on them causing the flour to stick.
