So, I decided to swap the chocolate malt for 1/2#...

So, I decided to swap the chocolate malt for 1/2# 120L crystal malt but I think everything else is gonna stay the same. Ordering the ingredients tonight. Real excited to brew it up!

I've got a rack of baby backs in the smoker now. A nice rub and a 70-30 mix of hickory and apple woods. Should be done in ~3 hours. Cant wait.

Picked everything up (minus the yeast, ugh) today...

Picked everything up (minus the yeast, ugh) today and hope to brew in the next day or two. Changed the hops to 1 oz pearl at 60 and kept the rest of the saaz the same. Thanks again for the help!
