accounting for sugars in rum at bottling

Just wondering if anyone has added spiced rum at bottling and if so how did you account for the sugars in the rum, dont need any bottle bombs. Thanks

will 3726 Farmhouse infect plastics ?

I used the seasonal yeast 3726 Farmhouse for a saison. Their website doesnt say anything about brett or anything but should I be worried about my plastics with this stuff? I have never made a saison...

I am entering a coconut porter into a competition soon and cant quite figure out where to enter it. Spectialty??, Fruit???, Spice/Vegetable???

Looks good but I would prob not go with too much chocolate, I have made quite a few dunkleweizens and they have been some of my best beers, I actually dont use any chocolate at all, not to say this...

I am brewing all grain and was thinking that doing decoction may help achieve that mouthfeel. I will try the undercarbing and lower og method first, sounds like what I'm after. Thanks

I have been trying to replicate konig ludwig hefeweizen but just cannot get the same " creamyness". Has anyone used a little oats in a hefe before or any other suggestions? I usually use about 50%...
