Ontario Beer Kegs is closing out the Dual Tap Towers. It has everything except the faucets. I just ordered one & it was the cheapest out on the intra-webs.

In the Texas summers when we brew we use a bucket of ice & pre-chill the cold water with a immersion chiller. Then on to the CFC for 70-75 wort. We have had 85 degree tap water before.

I smoked my last batch 9 lbs. of pale malt for a smoked brown ale. I did not soak, I wet the grains & let them drip the excess to the smoker. Set the electric smoker to 150F and smoked for 3 hours....
