I used it once. I don't think it took off or fermented as fast as US-05 but the results are slightly better and a few points lower. Flocculation didn't seem any better though.

There is a residual sweetness from the crystal malts. 1.010 is drier than I have ever had it but that's a lower OG and lower percentage of crystal than I've brewed it too.

There in a heat sensor that protects electric heaters from getting too hot. A simple wire could disable it. Don't try this at home.
