Nah, they were ones I couldn't have used. I used less than the whole ounce in my last batch. They were destined for oxidization and the trash. It was a good call.

I just took a closer look and the paper inside had come loose from the little bit of red glue that held it in place. I "recalibrated" it by tapping it on some newspaper on my counter. Piece of crap.

My hydrometer is about 9 points off. It measures bottled water at 0.990~0.991 at ~60*F. What the heck! I have been using it for 3 batches now. This screws everything up. Anyone else have this problem?
