Been using the pp for 3 years or so with no issues. Melted one or 2, but that was about all the problems I had. They are much more user friendly for hot swapping than the ss ones which are too hot...

What are you using for a power source? Looks like it requires a 5V DC, not AC, source which usually has to have a separate isolated transformer from the volt meter(if you are using a volt meter)

totally different impellers so it's not going to work. The orings are only a few bucks, but my guess it isn't the oring leaking causing the air in the lines. You would see drips from the head...
