the ginger fades slightly but not much, though as the beer cleans up the flavors meld. tbis beer benefits...

You should be good, thats about where you want your FG. BUt there is only one way to know for sure. Check your gravity again a couple days later. If it has not changed, your good.

Be patient with a lager, even though you may be at you terminal gravity, yeast work more slowly at these temperatures and need to be allowed time to clean up the beer.

I would just keep it at its initial temperature...

I would just keep it at its initial temperature for another couple of weeks to make sure the yeast eat up any diacytl, no need to raise the temp as the yeast should be pretty active at 57 degrees....
