The Smokey Mountain Brewery had a good pale ale and helles last year when we went. And they have something like 32 oz mugs! Enjoy and if you eat there get the cheese steak - it was great.

My LHBS only had northern brewer and willamette. Do you think 1/2 oz of NB @ 60 and willamette for the other additions would be horrid? I hate this "shortage".

Definitely 3/16" tubing. I agree the regulator may be off. I got it from a friend and the gauge may be off. I will vent the pressure and try again.
