For a cheap alternative grab a pair of women's nylon knee high stockings. I dry hop with pellets in them all the time with no issues.

Celebrator Doppelbach bottles are great. Thicker glass than most other bottles. Same with Duvel bottles. They're unique in shape too.

No. I just use my municipal water supply. From what the guy at the water treatment plant said I should have no issues. I assume the pH is close to 7.

Spook, I test pH every mash. It is always at 5.4.
