Agreed nothing very hopaholic here. Needs way more 0 addition at least 2 oz in hop stand plus the same dry hop. 0.5 lbs c40 is good.

I'd pitch 2 packets of yeast (I do for anything over 1060)

Also agree you should double up the dry hops. I like splitting them into two additions at least 3 days apart.

I am not sure about some of those judges... My ipa was docked with a pretty bad score and not useful feedback and went on to place very well. I think it may be hard to get enough bjcp certified...
