Is anyone interested in bumping up to a full-boil? I can be flexible on the price, and the fittings are a nice upgrade (especially if you don't have a ThermaPen handy!)

This kettle has never been used, but I did clean off the labels. I'm looking to upgrade to something that will let me do BIAB with 5 gallon batches, but this is definitely an upgrade on the canning...

Could also use a bubbler-type airlock (that's what I've done)- just be veeerrrry careful that you get enough fluid in the airlock so that it still works, but not so much that it will suck the fluid...
