Hi All,

I'd like some assistance tweaking an extract recipe. A buddy of mine bought a Brewer's Best Summer Ale extract kit. He never got around to making it and I offered to take it off his hands....

It's a really great place. You can sign up for a guided "hard hat" tour on Fridays but you have to book well in advance. Wisconsin loves spotted cow but you really can't beat Fat Squirrel.
