Iam tired of seeing beer reviewers on YouTube having trouble removing wax from a bottle. I have even read on these forums people complain about removing wax from bottles and how brewery's should stop...

I do not like wyeast westshire yeast don't know the number but that yeast is most definitely for cask beers it's a strain that takes a long time to clean its by products I mean months.

The fermentation with my stout has picked up due...

The fermentation with my stout has picked up due to the chocolate syrup I used. A small ring of foam has formed on the top. I did do a FG reading and took a taste both were good.
