I don't have any problems priming my system Topher. I just run the liquid through the lines to get the air out, hook the outlet hose female disconnect to a male disconnect and let it rip.

How do you recommend serving a brisket? I've been to a local BBQ place that drenches it in sauce, but when I made one we ate it without and it was much more enjoyable.

The grain and malt extract should just be kept at room temperature, out of sunlight, in a dry place.

Most excellent, thanks SpanishCastleAle. Now my only concern is that I have 85% O-Phosphoric acid. I'm fairly certain it's food grade but I need to figure out if I should dilute it at all.
