Just let it ride. Every time you open the fermenter you open the door for an infection. As long as I know fermentation took off I never check my Ales until week 3, Lagers week 4. Cheers!!!

I use a 22 mm wrench on all 16 of my kegs & they are a miss mash of sizes. The only one it doesn't fit is much smaller and I use a crescent wrench on that one. Cheers!!!

As others have mentioned. Do not do a starter with a dry packet of US-05. The only time I ever use a starter with US-05 is with a thick slurry that's over a month old. Cheers!!!
