I didn't really duplicate the fruity/berry...

I didn't really duplicate the fruity/berry flavor. Too much blueberry and it might taste like a wine cooler. Tough beer to clone.

It was cloudy like a hefe. I didn't take a gravity reading. Looking back at this beer, I would say it was OK, not great. It was a tough beer to duplicate.

Should be fine. The house will probably smell like sulfur/rotten eggs when you get home but that is normal for a lager.

I had a memorable experience with Southern Comfort as a youth (17 yr old). It totally killed any and all interest in anything harder than beer. Violent up-chucking tends to do that.

Why not just put the bottles in a closet or something (inside your apt) for carbing? 66F+ recommended for a few weeks. If your at 60F, good luck, it may take a month or so.

I use hop bags all the time with pellet hops. Just leave plenty of room for them to expand in the bag. The bags are cheap and once you use them you will never go back to straining!!

I would not risk it. Why lose sleep over something that you could do in 10 minutes? Couple of days, no problem....over that, better safe than sorry.
