Getting better each bottle. I think I will make sure to save one bottle for another four weeks to see how it comes out. I just bottled another Ale today so I have them waiting in the wings. :mug:

My Second Try at this Hobby

Well I just "brewed" my second batch, a Kangaroo Tail Ale from Homebrew Heaven. My first batch is in bottles and I've been taking one every now and thing and they keep getting better and better...

Thanks for the help, hopefully my first batch turns out OK. The floaters look like small round like soap suds about 25 little circles.
